1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • United States: 3–8 business days
  • International: 14–30 business days

These are estimates only. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and carrier delays. Ready To Train is not responsible for delays outside our control.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be applied automatically at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website.


5. Customs & Import Duties

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Ready To Train is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges.


6. Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at zelfilali42@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
